This radical GMC motorhome design debuted with the 1973 model year to general acclaim from the recreation vehicle community. Two models were manufactured from 1973 through 1978: Model 230 (23 foot long) and Model 260 (26 foot long).

As testimony to the enduring nature of this design, of the 12,921 total vehicles manufactured, ~8400 are currently listed in an International Registry, which includes coaches in some 25 countries around the world. Estimates suggest that at least 5,000 to 6,000 of the original production are still on the road.

And now this classic motorhome is being rediscovered by a new generation of recreational vehicle owners, who are finding creative ways to update and use this incredible machine for their own use!
